I've had this error too with Spectra 1.01 install. Running the following
batchfile made me possible to finish the install. HTH.

Ok Guys
I swear I did have Spectra running.
Unfortunately the server it was running from needed some remedial action
and after taking off CFENT, IIS and reloading them it has never come back.
So on a clean box I loaded
- NT 4.0 Server
- Service pack 6
- IIS4
- CF451ENT
- CF451 sp2 New one
- Spectra
- Siteminder Advanced security patch (replaced the files in CFUSION/BIN)
I have recycled the services many times and retried Spectra's security test
probably more times
but still get the:
Cfa() CFAuthentication tag Invalid Security Context 'sc1' error.
(SC1 is listed in Advanced security)
Turned of the Cache in Advanced security
Made sure that SC1 is the security context
recycled the services, but still get the same error. Tried to bypass the
screen and log in but wont accept the username
Think I have tried all the suggestions by Allaire and other support doco
Any Assistance or ideas would be very welcome at this point.
