I'm getting this error after upgrading to 1.5.1 .

Entity does not exist
A(n) type 'C3CAC162-4B8B-11D4-9AF00060B0EB3965' does not exist. Check
that
the
ID is correct or create a new type with this ID first.
Custom tag stack:
CFA_USERPROFILECREATE
CFA_CONTENTOBJECTCREATE (error detected)
However all my applications seem to work fine.
I am running Cold Fusion 4.5.2
