Note: this is not the same error I reported a few minutes ago.
I'm getting the following error when I press the 'Create' button in the
users section in the webtop.
Any clues anyone?

SERDIRECTORYDETAIL.CFM contains invalid CFML syntax.
Because the template has been encrypted, you cannot see the actual
error message. You need to have access to an unencrypted version of the
template to get detailed error information
The specific sequence of files included or processed is:
