Interestingly I had _exactly_ the same problem this week when I attempted to
create a UD in the Webtop and hit the '...encrypted template' message. When
I then created the UD via the CF Admin it worked fine. FYI I'm using Spectra
1.5.1, NT 2000 Pro, CF 4.5.2
It looks to me like the error message you've posted below comes from the
webtop not the CF Admin

Subject: Accessing/creating userdirs on the webtop
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hi:
I've created another userdir in CFadmin but it
doesnt show up on the webtop. Click on create, or an
existing userdir (UserDirectory) and this is the result:
Error Diagnostic Information
The encrypted template
/opt/netscape/server4/web/allaire/spectra/webtop/systemadmin/security/userma
nager/userdirectorydetail.cfm
contains invalid CFML syntax.
Because the template has been encrypted, you cannot see the actual error
message. You need to have access to
an unencrypted version of the template to get detailed error information
The specific sequence of files included or processed is:
/opt/netscape/server4/web/allaire/spectra/webtop/systemadmin/security/userma
nager/userdirectorydetail.cfm
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
This is not acceptable.
Additionally, I want to
segregate users between applications into different
userdirs, but restorenet's examples dont show a way
to pass a different userdir to the system tag that
overrides the default in any way.
Any help here?
TIA
Rion
