Can you do a cfa_workflowShow on the workflow type? There may be a
corrupt reference inside of it which is making it break when it tries to
be instantiated. I'm wondering if there is a floating pointer to a task
type that doesn't exist. What happens when you try and rebuild the type
from scratch and instantiate it?
