The maximum sessiontimout is also set in the CF admin. If you specify a
sessiontimout of 2 hours, and the maximum is set to 20 minutes in the CF
admin, the user will be kicked off in 20 minutes due to the timout in CF
Admin. So, check your admin settings if they are correct.
