Intelli cache need a nextChange method
It calculates, when you change the contents of a container, the next time
the container cache needs to be flushed,
So if you schedule objects they flush when they become invisible/visible in
the container.

I can't seem to find any documentation on how to get intellicache to work.
For a container I am publishing some content using the basic schedule rule
with caching on (it says that it is using intellicache) However, the cache
doesn't seem to be flushing. Do you need to set a timeout or does it just
periodically flush itself? Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks
