Why not just download the new version? Ie, from the URL you quoted,

Fixed in eWebEditPro 2.1.0.3.

As of eWebEditPro 2.1.0.3, both versions of the Esker plug-in are
included in the client installation program. The correct one will be
installed depending on the version of Netscape installed.   

eWebEditPro 2.1.0.3 also contains other changes required to support
Netscape 6.1. 


Normally we update the link on our site, but in this case, instead of
just waiting for us, you can download from Ektron as the page says.
