Legally, yes, you _can_ change anything you want, however, Ektron has
expressed an interest in wondering what you would want to modify outside
of the xml config files. I.e., if you see a feature that is missing,
they would like to know about it.

Make sense?

FYI, a new version of the Ektron editor (a point upgrade, not like a new
major release) will be released via spectrasource.macromedia.com
shortly.
