from time to time we also get this error-message. We don't know when and 
why it occurs, we can't reproduce it.
But restarting the cfserver solves it ..... until next time ;-)

  We are usign CF 4.5, Spectra 1.01, SQL-Server 7.0 and Win2000 sp1. The 
language settings are English(US) in Win2000.
