We are running into a spectra problem on one of our spectra servers. The
error is:

This error occurs immediatly when logging into the webtop. I did try several
restarts and initialisation methods without succes. Has anyone encoutred
this before? The website which is running under Spectra on this server is
running well though. It is only the webtop.
