Dave, your input was really helpful. This confirmed that something was
wrong with the directories and files. I identified those files and put them
in places where it expected and got it going.
Had a successful 1.5.1 upgrade, but our application stopped working again,
so now I am going through the process of making our application which was
written for 1.5 backward compatible to 1.5 even though it is currently
running on 1.5.1.
