They are related directly to SiteMinder if I remember correctly and are
encrypted for a reason.. they need to be secure.    As Ray said, decrypting
files is against the license and can lead to serious follow ups from
Macromedia Room 101.  :-p

There are a couple of what appear to be encrypted tags in the Spectra
codebase, however whe I decrypt them they remain gibberish (tags such as
cfa_secure.cfm and other security tags) does anyone know what they contain
or how to decrypt them ?
