There is a KB on Macromedia.com that describes this - although I don't
have the URL in front of me. Also, you can go to a box running CF5 and
when you first select Security, it should ask you to run the upsize
wizard. You could simply copy your policy db over to that box.

On the other hand - you MAY just want to upsize the mdb file to SQL
Server using the import tool. That may work well for you.
