There are two ways to create containers.
1. Hard code it in your page:
I.E.
<cfa_page>
<cfa_container>
</cfa_page>
2. If one is using what I call virtual pages:
Refer to the container by it's name/ID in your code.
If the container does not exist Spectra will automagically create it for you
in either case.
