Reading this speed test whitepaper at spectrasource.macromedia.com: ColdFusion 5 running 1.5.2 is 0.582% faster than ColdFusion 5 running 1.5.1 ColdFusion MX running 1.5.2 with the (default) Sun 1.3.1_03 JVM is 20.826% faster than ColdFusion 5 running 1.5.1 ColdFusion MX running 1.5.2 with the IBM 1.3.1 JVM is 42.052% faster than ColdFusion 5 running 1.5.1
Currently we're running CF5 and a speed increase would be nice. The default Sun JVM is in CFMX Pro, correct? Is it possible to use the IBM JVM with CFMX Pro? Or does that require CFMX Enterprise? Or CFMX J2EE?
