We had a similar issue which we raised a support ticket for direct with
the engineering team. They produced a patch for it which was included
in the OS code base v1.5.3
1.5.3 has the added benefit of a new installer, not requiring the usual
voodoo chicken sacrifice that accompanied earlier CFMX installations.
Might be worth getting the last cut of the code base.
