Here are some basic clarifications regarding the terms and conditions of participation: 1. There is no age limit, although we encourage the participation of young creators from developing countries, 2. It is possible to take part individually or collectively 3. Your final work would be submitted by using an existing online application, "Scenes and sounds of my city" http://unesco.sjsu.edu/ - meaning that the format of your submission should be a slide show of pictures (.jpeg and .gif) and sound (mp3) 4.
