Dear friend of Huseyin, As you might know, Huseyin Alptekin passed away on the last day of 2007. We are organizing an event in his homage. It will take place in Istanbul on the 15th of March, which is when he would have turned 51 years. There will be talks, video and photo screenings compiled by Camila and his friends, and original music scores by Ali Perret and Butch Morris composed in his memory. We hope that you will be able to share this day and join us in his memory. Should you wish to come, please let us know and we will help you with hotel reservations.
