An addenda to Stephen's note about Nan (from
another friend of hers, Myriam Thyes)
The memorial service will take place on Monday
16th June 2008, at 17:30, at "Haus der
Begegnung", Fürstenbrunner Weg 11,
Berlin-Charlottenburg (directly opposite Westend
S-Bahnhof).
The next day, 17th, Tuesday evening, there will
be the opening of Nan's solo show at Sebastian
Fath Contemporary art gallery in Mannheim -
Sebastian arranged it as soon as Nan told him
about her lung cancer. Nan asked me to tell and
invite everybody to attend the opening with her
at the gallery. Nan and we all hoped she would
make it and we could come together and celebrate
her and her art ... now we'll go there without
Nan.
