“CATHAIR” [chair] is more than a word!

The poet Ceaití Ní Bheildiúin explores
the connection between city and ancient
sites in Dublin, Ireland.

Using a litany of place names, chanted
by the singer Rónán Ó Snodaigh, and the
controlled dancing of Zoe Uí Fhaoláin,
the poet’s multi-media EXPERIENCE merges
visual images with poetry to question our
sense of place, of time, and of belonging.

Commissioned by the IMRAM Festival.
