My friends, I recommend the article by Seumas Milne, "Now the Truth Emerges: how the US fueled the rise of Isis in Syria and Iraq"; in Comment is free, The Guardian, the 3 of June. it is not exhaustive of active interference forces, but it explains many insoluble contradicitons field. It is not a scoop but a structural information into a review of the situation and statements in Syria from Iraq.
http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2015/jun/03/us-isis-syria-iraq I have translated it into french in La Revue des Ressources The main article http://www.larevuedesressources.org/comment-les-etats-unis-ont-alimente-l-emergence-d-isis-en-syrie-et-en-irak,2817.html#txt (pour La Revue des Ressources) with a foreword to my fr version The foreword http://www.larevuedesressources.org/comment-les-etats-unis-ont-alimente-l-emergence-d-isis-en-syrie-et-en-irak,2817.html#pref. I have tried to translate into english my foreword to the french version (sorry of my worst case about the language in this direction) : Foreword Fractures of Syria, Iraq, the Lebanon, the Yemen. The stubbornness to want to discharge Assad offered in forces of Syrian armed opposition by the powers which found it some benefit there - and what cause - since 2011 has now failed. This absolute radicalism denying any possible negotiation led the procession of the destructions under the cover of a decoy, that of a progressive maturation of the conditions of the end of part (the inflexible requirement of the departure of Assad - besides considered as an outpost, although declining, of the Russian influence having to be pull out from the Middle East; because the current continental problem can be Russia rather than Shiites). The party is ending, Syria is in crumbs, as peoples and as stones, ready to the de facto partition - occupied to more than 50 % and already partially repopulated with the uncalled-for and/or immigrants of the nationalist Islamic Diaspora. Since June 3rd, one Israeli General has announced that the human losses of Lebanese Hezbollah, having strengthened the decimated ranks of the regime army, are heavier than they have imagined and that the Syrian army does not exist any more. But bombs, mortar shells, and rockets continue to rage between all, and if we always speak about Assad it is that must be saved his life to save a tiny symbolic scrap of the nation, even to agonize, a significative condition as well to justify the continuation of the war but as well to stop it; he requisitions the youth and the reservists of the region of Latakia, and Iran takes over by sending thousands of volunteers under its direction--the legal and material existence of Damascus on to be saving and as well the heart of the Alawi country. At the time when each one shows the cards: all the same they are all or almost all in double face. The summit meetings of the strengths of opposition multiply contradictorily, after Astana under the Russian silent auspices in May, the turn is in Cairo under the silent American auspices, in June. The difference being that the Russians are in theory well situated to encourage the steps towards the peace, what explains that they do not call for an exclusive item (but some participants remain to put an exclusion in particular on the presence of the foreign militias), whereas on the contrary the Americans encourage rather the conquest (with certain opposable reserves to certain requirements). But all this returns appreciably to the same, as there are everywhere levers of blocking, and however the war continues on all the fronts of geopolitical divide and geostrategical in the Middle East and in the Arabian Peninsula, where the new powers of domination by the war are showing themselves. This is the war of the double bind in real time. It is deeper changes that we would have been able to believe it and the tearful statements of the just causes are overtaken by the mortication. Maybe a fracture objectifies of civilization (in mirror of the fractures of the values and objects of the western civilization, remote of our metropolises but not far to take a form of evidence, decipherable in the disappearance of the multi-millenial reset of coherence from our middle-eastern source of knowledge), into the invasive entropy of the dogmas and unsolved contradictions from the binary worlds. Where no life referring to the past could have existence. Between Jihad and new settlements in the abandoned ruined cities, as a result of terror and death, how did we get into coming here? What onto emergent statements and annexions or seizures resulting from the collapse of nations, not to say about populations they will govern, under what laws and under which regional borders? And inevitably, in this case, we think to random violence and perpetual instability which is now installed in Libya, but on a much more intricate and vast territory in the Middle East ... (L. D.) So I'm getting older and older while my lovers are dying in the Middle East, but may be you too without consciousness of your forgotten lovers int the same countries... As criticalsecret editor I am proud that we could publish iin 2013 the dedication of the bilingual notebooks from Christophe Huysman: "Roads to Damascus". Partly quoted from his book "Les hommes dégringolés" (Les éditeurs intempestifs, Paris) and partly unpublished but for us. 2013 CHRISTOPHE HUYSMAN @ Carnet d’octobre-novembre_Notebooks of October/November http://www.criticalsecret.net/-2013-christophe-huysman-carnet-d-octobre-novembre_notebooks-of-october-november,049-.html#index Dernier ajout : 11 décembre 2013. ].
