Dear Colleagues and Friends
This is a note to share news that - after almost five years since my
first encounter with the work of the Finish artist, technology pioneer,
archival futurist and visionary Errki Kurenniemi - the book celebrating
his work is now published by the MIT Press.
Co-edited with Jussi Parikka and entitled /Writing and Unwriting (Media)
Art History. //Erkki Kurenniemi in 2048,/ it includes new contributions
by writers, artists, curators, as well as archival material and original
texts by Kurenniemi, some translated from Finnish and published for the
first time.
