Hello, We are planning upgrade from Spectum 8.1 to Spectum 9.0 in distributed fault tolerant environment. Current environment consist of 3 servers on Windows 2003 Server: 1 - primary SS , 2 - secondary SS , 3 - oneclick with Report Manager (BOXI).
>From which one to start upgrade ( e.g. which one to upgrade first) ? Any guidelines and known issues regarding upgrade in distributed environment? In general for upgrades: what is prefered method for upgrades: "in-place" or "migrate and upgrade"? What customizations needs to be preserved and after upgrade merged/transfered in case of "migrate and upgrade"?
