Hello,
try to look into the processd logfile. You can found this file in §SPECROOT/lib/SDPM/processd_log Maybe the processd cannot start the SS. I had the same problem yesterday after a upgrade to 8.1 SP2 and found in the log an error message which helps a lot. Other things to look: $SPECROOT/.hostrc (MLS insert) Hosts file (location hostname insert with the external ip address) Regards -- BSM Webinar am 14. I'm unable to connect to Spectrum Control Panel. When I try to connect the following message is displayed - 'Could not connect to the Location Server on 10.7.5.196.' I've tried to restart Spectrum services, server, also I've been through the procedure I've found in Knowledgebase and nothing. What can I do?
