Hi, The router admins must configure everything what you want to have, which is amongst others type of test, destination IP address, test intervall and for how long the test shall run. If required the thresholds need to be configured as well on the routers. Once the config on the routers is done, just select the router within the SPM and discover tests. As we did it the last time, we were not able to change any settings of this test.
Thats all. Cheers, Jürgen -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Von: Cristi Mitrana [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Gesendet: Mittwoch, 19. Look in the Locater tab, under the SPM searches, search all 'All Test Hosts' and on the right click menu you have the 'Discover tests' entry. Using the menu entry will prompt you a Read-Only or Read-Write discovery. The device must support the appropriate mib and have the tests configured so that discovery is succesful. P.S. the above works on 8.1 and most probably 9.0, I can't say for sure if it's available in previous versions. hth, -- Cristi Mitrana --- To unsubscribe from spectrum, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the body: unsubscribe spectrum [EMAIL PROTECTED] --- To unsubscribe from spectrum, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the body: unsubscribe spectrum [EMAIL PROTECTED]
