Could you please inform us about the spectrum release SP2 or Hotfix?

When the "Welecome to Spectrum Report Manager" page is displayed, I put the cursor in the "Logon as administrator" field (blank) and then I press "Enter" in order to view the Report Manager window (as described in the "Report Manager Installation and Administration Guide"). But the Report Manager window is displayed without any information, completely empty. Any help would be very appreciated about this behaviour. Best Regards.
