There's an attribute called NCM TFTP Host which defines the TPTP server's IP address, so just set this attribute on the model that you want to backup to the external IP address of your Spectrum server, and it will work. Since these will be external facing devices they will not be routing our internal network, but we have a static NAT setup for our Spectrum server to receive traps. The problem we are facing is that we are not able to backup these devices configuration files via SNMP as the continually time out. I believe this to be caused be Spectrum referencing its own internal IP versus our NAT'd IP. Has anyone any experience with working around this or changing where spectrum tells a device to transfer their configs to?
