We attempted to upgrade a development spectroserver with over 200k models to 9.0, we are right at the brink in terms of memory utilization. The upgrade finished without any errors...the spectroserver would not stay up and running for more than 5 minutes. We are still going to test it but since our main landscape has close to 200k models we are very wary of upgrading at this point. We did not engage ca to troubleshoot this since we really didn't have the time to put into it then.
Since then we have a 9.0 instance on a win2k3 vm loaded with barely any models ~2000, we LOVE all of the new stuff especially the new event/alarm creation screens and back-end changes to sync everything up across multiple landscapes. I was planning to wait for the first patch/service pack to really start more detailed testing of our integrations.
