I started getting occasional "Authorization Failure" traps from our Cisco
switches some time back. Says the SpectroSERVER is the cause. Haven't had
time to track it down.

[spectrum] Authorization Failure traps for APC devices

We're having an interesting issue where between 1:00AM and 3:00AM in the
morning, we're getting about 40 "Authorization Failure" trap alarms from
our APC power supplies showing up in Spectrum, and it's the
SpectroServer that's causing them. I can't seem to track down what might
be causing this action, as they are not having configs pulled down by
NCM, and I can't think of any other process that might try to use a
different community string to poll them. Has anyone ever had anything
similar happen?
