[spectrum] user permission to clear alarms

Hello everyone!  It has been long time since I used Spectrum [ver 7.x].  Using 
8.x now and want to know following about setting permissions.  Can I set my NOC 
team to only be able to clear minor alarms, but not major or critical alarms in 
One Click?
