Hi, I am using Spectrum 8.1 Hotfix 14 on Windows 2003. I have two Spectrum Web Servers that use a virtual IP address and connect to two Spectrum servers connected in a failover configuration.
In the last day or so I have noticed in OneClick on both Web Servers when I try to filter events under the event tab and go back one to two hours I am only able to retreive about thirty minutes of events before it starts loading five to ten events at a time with thousands more to retreive. It was pulling up these events within 30 seconds before or less. I cannot see any issues with the Hardware/Resources, no issues with the Threads on the Spectrum poller, did not see any issues with any processes,also I do not see any events being locally stored and I reset the tomcat service on one web server with no change. Even though I see a very slow load time for events in One Click I am able to retreive events very quickly in Spectrograph. Also I checked the STDOUT.log and web logs and do not see anything pointing to a problem.
