Jon,

Use Global Collection Hierarchy for such organization. You collect
multiple GC under one GCH item.

In this Global Collection Hierarchy, you can create multiple levels of
folders to represent previously defined global collections.

Subject: [spectrum] Global Collections - Folders Question

I was wondering if it is possible to create folders under a Global
Collection? Basically I already have Global Collections setup by
Application name. What I am now wanting to do is setup an "overview" of
all applications in one placce under another Global Collection. Is this
possible?

So right now it looks like

- Global Collections

- Application 1

- Application 2

- Application 3

I want it to look like:

- Global Collections

- All Applications

   - Application 1

   - Application 2

   - Application 3

- Application 1

- Application 2

- Application 3

The reason is I want a high overview of just our servers and to watch
for "red" on a high level (not including any network devices).
