All,

We're still using 8.0, but will be upgrading to 8.1 (so if the feature is
there, we can wait). How can you modify the TroubleTicketID column (preferably
using AttrEditor) to assign the same ticket number to multiple alarms.

For example, there are a bunch of alarms related to process stoppage on a
single server. One ticket is manually created for all the processes being down
(copy & paste into the ticket). However, is there an "easy" way to propagate
the ticket number (using attr Editor is OK) to all the alarms?

I tried to find the attribute under the device modeltype and under the
AlarmMgmt model type, but it doesn't seem to exist. In searching the XML files
on the OneClick server, it appears the the AttrID is 0x12022.

Your help is appreciated. I really don't want to open every alarm individually
and manually edit the trouble ticket field with the ticket number.

Sincerely,

Fred
