:) Well I have exactly the same problem and solving it with support now. I 
think it is a bug, but on the ehealth side. I've made some traces and saw 
that ehealth is not sending clear traps to Spectrum. You should also open 
the case, cause I'm pressing this quite a long time.

Hi Guys, 

        We have an eHealth System working in Tandem with SPECTRUM R 8.1 
eHealth when it flags the alarms it is reflected in SPectrum but when 
the alarms in eHealth are cleared then its not cleared automatically in 
SPECTRUM instead the alarm clearable condition stays greyed out inspite of 
eHealth 
clearing those alarms. 

Can any suggest any course of action or if theyve faced something similar. 


Help!
