[spectrum] Problems with NCM and Firefox on Linux

Client is using Firefox on Linux workstation. He is able to view everything
in OneClick fine, but when using NCM to compare configs, nothing displays.
Has anyone seen this before? Is it just a matter of updating the JRE?
