Jay, First of all, if you have your SpectroSERVER and your OneClick server on separate machines, make sure you are looking on your OneClick server for that directory path. If it does not exist, you can safely create and then copy over the table-model-config.xml file from <specroot>/tomcat/webapps/spectrum/WEB-INF/common/config to <specroot>/custom/common/config/. At that point you would place your customizations in that file following the correct xml tag format. Hope this helps....
