[spectrum] Create Regular Expressions

Hi List,
 
Does anybody know how to create a negative regular expressions at system
edge event viewer monitoring?
 
I need to send an alarm every error message that appears at windows
event viewer and DOESN'T contain some number codes at description.
 
For example send all alarms that doesn't have the codes RC=9025 or
RC=7025 or RC=5812.
 
I tried this at description filter: 
 
.*RC=[^((9025)|(7025)|(5812))].*
 
But doesn't work.
