Hello SPECTRUM list,

I've created a SANM filter with an IP address exlusion.  For some reason,
although I have certain IP addresses excluded, SANM appears to still be
passing the policy.  If you look at the results of the trace below, you'll
notice that the IP address is listed as 192.168.205.52 and the IP exclusion
says NOT 192.168.205.52, yet the filter still passes.  Has anyone ever seen
this before?  Is something broken in the SANM policy filters?  Thanks.
