This is the beginning of that mib.
I have: RFC1155-SMI and RFC1213-MIB but do not know where to get RFC-1212
or FC-1215. From what I understand, RFC-1212 and RFC-1215 are not real
mibs but rather examples of how to create mibs.

Alex,
Have you checked section IMPORTS at the beginning of your mib file? This
should refer to other mibs with required definitions.

It may have a dependency mib thats needed prior to compiling that one,
does it mention any pre requisite mibs that need to have been previously
loaded?

The mib file from APC can not be compiled. I receive this error message
when trying to compile.
Does anyone know of a website I can use to "fix" this mib file?
Could not parse the file PowerNet-MIB.
Couldn't resolve these MibNodes :
{ cpsGroupIndex, cpsSPortNumber }
