You cannot remove schedules from the dialogue box. Instead, in the Locator, look for the Schedules folder. Choose the All Schedules search and choose the schedule you want to delete from the results list. Delete there. We have a lot of one time maintenance items we can't seem to find a way to remove them permanently from the dialogue box.
