[spectrum] Root Cause by Device

Hi Guys, somebody to configure Root Cause by a Device?

Explain

I have a Device XXX monitoring resource (memory, cpu) and File System and
Process. When the device is restarted the alarms from file systems, process
and Device are generated.

In the fall of a server (restart by i.e)  is posible prevent their alarms
from (file systems and process)? how?
