List, AFter applying Hotfix 05 on the Windows platform, the Installation User (the Non-Admin one) can no longer start SCP.
We get an error message which says that it is a .hostrc issue. If I populate .hostrc with a '+' thenit works but this is not how the customer wants it configured. If I populate the .hostrcfile with servername AdminUser NonAdminuser Then the NonAdminuser is unable to start SCP. Has anyone else come across this?
