Hello List... I have a few VPN connected sites that I don't want Critical Alarms generated on but I need to capture availability statistics on these devices. I have changed their " Value When Red" to "0" so that they don't generate a Critical Alarm but now their outage information is not being reported in the availability reports. Does anyone have a solution?
