ehealth 6.1 one click disocvery is based on profiles, it is meant for
synchronized discovery using spectrum 9.1 , using synchronized discovery you
just have create global collections in spectrum for carrying out ehealth
discovery, and as soon as these gc's get new models spectrum will trigger
auto discovery for ehealth (you don't have to trigger ehealth
discovery)spectrum will ask ehealth to discover all models in gc using a
predfeined ehealth profile.

If you are not at spectrum latest releease level you have to work in
conventional way where you discover same model first in spectum populate the
gc and then go in ehealth and fetch the gc and start discovery using motif.
