Have a look at the Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP). Similar to the Cisco
Discovery Protocol (CDP) it should show the devices connected to each interface
on a supported switch (Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, Microsoft, as well some others
support LLDP). If you can find the table within the mib then you should be able
to expose the table in a OneClick view for the device. I don't have a large
enough lab to test this so I've been experimenting whenever I can when I get to
a customer site. Theoretically this should provide the detail you want.

The other thing is to use Policy Manager to suppress alarms for devices that
send Bad Link traps that don't have anything modelled off them in Spectrum.
There was an example on the http://www.dachsug.ch of how to do this and the
rules and files required is explained in the Policy Manager doco. Theory here
is if you don't modell the device connected to a switch port then why are you
interested in the "bad link" info for the port.

I hope some of this helps.
