[spectrum] [UNCLASSIFIED / NONE] Exception error

I'm getting the following message when I try to bring up spectrum.

Exception Error:
SpectroSERVER Has Experienced A Floating Point Exception(8).

Any ideas what might be causing this and what might be the fix?
