Hi Ivana,
I was able to configure alerts for ISDN from NPC ( Non Persistence
Connection ) manager. But it seems some other issue in our network. I
have been receiving following event in huge numbers:
You are being notified of 1 event(s).
Event : Unknown alert received from device **** of type
Rtr_Cisco. Device Time 0+03:26:09. (Trap type 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.2.0.3.6.3)

OID: 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0 Value: 1236923
OID: 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.4.1.0 Value: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.2.0.3
OID: 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1.3 Value: 3
OID: 1.3.6.1.2.1.10.20.1.3.4.1.2.3 Value: 1

The customer router is not configured to send traps to our Spectrum for
such events but still such kind of events are getting logged. Please
help us find how do i stop getting these traps & what they are meant for.
