FYI,

Just got off the phone with support. I have one workstation with Java 6
Update 15 (build 1.6.0_15-b03) and a separate workstation with Java 6
Update 12 (build 1.6.0_12-b04.

I created a new user in One Click without a problem. When I tried to
login as the new user it would not let me login, no error message, just
the normal "invalid username or password" message after 3 failed
attempts to the One Click web page. What I found out is a defect with
the latest version. My Spectrum version is 9.1 on Windows Server 2003,
same for One Click.

Apparently the defect does not allow the password to actually be set
when creating the new user account. When I logged in to the other
workstation and set the password there, I was then able to login using
the newly created user account. Looks like there might be some "unknown"
Java version issues. If you run into anything that used to work and now
does not, please email this ListServ so everyone will know what you are
running into. I just happen to have an older workstation with an older
Java build so I have a break/fix for now.
