I have a 9.1 Spectroserver on server A, and reportmanager/oneclick on server B.
There is no firewall between these.
ReportManager is configured with spectrum.customer.com locserver, but I just can't seem to connect to the spectroserver no matter what I do. This is the output in stdout.log:
Aug 12, 2009 3:33:20 PM - Domain customerdomain could not be reached.
Aug 12, 2009 3:33:20 PM - SRMMonitor failed to configure SRMApplication model.
Aug 12, 2009 3:34:24 PM - ReportManagerServlet::init() - WARNING: No servers available. Will recheck each 1 min(s)
It seems like it can't find the SRMApplication model on the Spectroserver so I am assuing the problem is on that server. Question is I am not sure what it might be. I have integrated Boxi with the Report Manager many times, but as far as I can tell there is no issue there.
The integration stopped working after both servers got upgraded from 8.1 to 9.0.
Anyone can provide any insight? :)
